Orienteering 

In Year 4, we develop our skills at orienteering.  We follow a variety of courses which are set up on our school grounds.  We learn how to accurately orientate a map, work as part of an effective team and how to overcome problems and setbacks.  

Dance

In year 4 pupils have the opportunity to learn a dance over the course of a half-term.  Children enjoy being taught be a specialist teacher from Carlisle Dance Academy for this unit.  Pupils develop their coordination and memory skills, as well as learning how to work effectively as a team to achieve an end goal.
