Year 3

Prehistoric Britain

Recreating Stonehenge 

Year 3 love discovering how our early ancestors lived.  We begin by learning about how hunter gathers lived during the Palaeolithic era before moving on to explore early settlements.  

Ancient Egypt

Year 3 have lots of opportunities to handle Egyptian artefacts and we enjoy re-enacting how Egyptians mummified their pharaohs.  We discover how and why the Egyptians built such impressive pyramids.
