Year 3

History- What changes occurred in Britain during times? (Stone Age to Iron Age)

Year 3 love discovering how our early ancestors lived.  We begin by learning about how hunter gathers lived during the Palaeolithic era before moving on to explore early settlements.  

History- What was it like to be a pharaoh in Ancient Egypt? (Ancient Egypt)

Year 3 have lots of opportunities to handle Egyptian artefacts and we enjoy re-enacting how Egyptians mummified their pharaohs.  We discover how and why the Egyptians built such impressive pyramids.
