As part of our British Science Week learning the Nursery 3s children have been planting cress! They used cotton wool, pipettes of water and cress seeds! We talked about how long we might need to wait for the cress to grow and the children shared their ideas. We went on to discuss the theory that plants like music so some children sat with their cress seeds while listening to jazz music! We have been observing any changes and have noticed the seeds are definitely getting bigger!
