As part of Holi and British Science Week the Nursery 3s children have taken part in a rainbow experiement.
The children helped by folding the paper towels in half, they then poured water in to the cups and added some food colouring. The children made some predictions of what might happen to the colours as the coloured water seeped through the paper towels.
"The colours will mix."
"Red and blue make purple."

The children then observed the experiment during the morning to see what changes happened. The children's predictions were correct!
